Login Problems
If you receive the message 'Incorrect username or password' trying to log-on to out website please check you are doing the following before contacting us:
- Double-check the spelling of your email address and password
- Have you made sure that the password we provided you with are all in uppercase, unless you have altered the password yourself
- Please make a note of the error message you are receiving
- If you have entered your login details incorrectly more than 5 times, you will be locked out and will have to contact us to gain access to your account
- If you receive the message 'Please Identify Yourself', you're account is locked due to multiple sign in errors and you will need to contact us.
